Healthy living tips

  1. Every morning after u wake up just drink one glass of warm water.Every night before,drink warm water..By doing this digestion power will be increased and food will be digested easily.
  2. Soak 4 almonds in half cup of  water  daily before sleep  and crush and eat the peeled almonds in the morning.By doing this our bones and joints will become very strong.
  3. Take a sip of water just before lunch. Dont drink water in between the lunch or 1 hour after lunch.You can drink water after 1 hour.
  4. Maintain a time gap of  2 and half hours between lunch and sleep.
  5. walk half or one kilometer in the night after eating food.Try to sleep on the left side during night as it helps digestion.
  6. The weight of a person should not be more.The weight of the person must be proportionate to his height.person occupying the height of 5 feet 6 inches  his weight should not exceed 66 kg.
  7. And most importantly a person should not have more weight of a stomach.
