- Start the day by drinking a glass of hot water in the morning and while going to bed at night drink one glass of hot water, so that digestion easier.
- Every night dip 4 almonds in half glass of water and drink the same in the morning which is helpful for strong growth of bones and free from joint pains.
- Before taking food drink a drop of water. While taking food either in the middle or upto one hour should not drink any water or drinks. Start drinking water after one hour until next time of food and better to gaggle.
- It is very much necessary to keep a minimum time gap of 2½ hours between taking food and go to bed.
