Healthy living tips

1. Every morning after u wake up just drink one glass of warm water.Every night before,drink warm water..By doing this digestion power will be increased and food will be digested easily.
2. Soak 4 almonds in half cup of  water  daily before sleep  and crush and eat the peeled almonds in the morning.By doing this our bones and joints will become very strong.
3. Take a sip of water just before lunch. Dont drink water in between the lunch or 1 hour after lunch.You can drink water after 1 hour.
4. Maintain a time gap of  2 and half hours between lunch and sleep.
5. walk half or one kilometer in the night after eating food.Try to sleep on the left side during night as it helps digestion.
6. The weight of a person should not be more.The weight of the person must be proportionate to his height.person occupying the height of 5 feet 6 inches  his weight should not exceed 66 kg.
7. And most importantly a person should not have more weight of a stomach.

Nose Cleaning-Jala Neti Kriya

For this Kriya ordinay drinking warm water is enough.Add one to two table spoon of ordinary salt with one glass (250 ml) of     water.The warmth should be little more to our body temperture (100 F).

Salt has the tendency to dissolve,separate and eliminate water,mucus and other blocks.It works as per the theory of osmosis in physics.

Method : Bend forward and tilt the head.Open the mouth for breathing.Keep the NETI can in the upper nostril as shown in the   picture.Adjust the height and direction.The water will flow through other nostril and mouth.If there is any block the water will not come out.Then try with the other nostril.Finally  expel the air and water by breathing out forcefully.This treatment should be done every day morning and or evening.Even a child can do this easily.
