  3. There is nothing like good memory or poor memory it is only trained memory or untrained memory.
  4. Always keep a small note book and note down all the points to be memorized and make attempts to memorize at frequent intervals. 
  5. Learn information while in rhythmic breathing cycle.



Preparation for all examination

Any student preparing for the examination, he has to face no. of problems as how to read, when to read, unnecessary fear, tension, creating problems by themselves.  Please follow the following procedures, prepare yourself for the examination without any fear or problems, try to get appreciation by one and all, which wil be applicable to all in all times.


  1. give concentration while in the class room, take down the points which are found important, any doubt arises, immediately enquire and discuss with the concerned teachers at the end of the class.
  2. while in the class room,  important points which you get noted, write clearly and legibly  and again practice at home.
  3. do not follow guide books, digest books and old students notes.  Because, many students are cheated.
  4. write the answer for the questions in your own style in a note book.  If you do so, it will be helpful for you to recall your memory
  5. one month earlier to the examination, please look into the old question papers and confirm yourself that whether is it possible to attend all the questions within the stipulated period of 3 hours. 
  6. try your level best to have willpower to study well, written well in the examination, securing more marks.If you were dull in the previous examination, neglect those things. 
  7. while studying fix and reserve the time for studies.   Do not neglect studies.  Try to practice early in the morning from 4am to 6am which is memroable. 
  8. don’t get disturb yourself, give utmost consentration while practising.  If you get bored, stop for a while and then continue again.
  9. after completing a subject matter,  recall the same in your memory and again write the same 2-3 times. 
  10. do not study the same subject continuously for 2-3 hours, resulting get bored.  Change the subject once in  one hour and take rest in the middle.  If possible, try for group study with your friends. 
  11. reading room should be calm and silent with sufficient light and wind.  Don’t get disturbed with any vehicle, radio, TV.Have one table and a chair in the room.Kept the room clean.Kept in your mind that discipline and consentration is most important. 
  12. read the difficult lessons no. of times often.  While going outside, compare  in your mind about the question and answer and again compare the same with that of the notes.
  13. do not study while viewing TV, while eating, while sleeping and while going to bed.
  14. if you get asleep, sleep without any disturbance, do not read at that moment.  Do not forget that “reading while sleeping is for sleep” and “while reading  is for knowledge”.
  15. do not study in the moving vehicle and in a dark light because eyes will be affected.  You can seen the distant views through windows while reading, to avoid strain to eyes if it is green in colour. In the reading room do not paste posters of film stars, instead hang the posters of national leaders like Vivekananda, Gandhiji,Parama Hamsa, Buddha, Yesu, Sayibaba, Shiradibaba or god posters.
  16. better to go walk atleast half an our both in the morning and in the evening.  And practice some yoga and pranayamas through experts.  Take proper food, sleep and rest timely.  Don’t read beyond limited hours during exam times.  Have good sleep atleast 8 hours in a day.  Balance both sleep and rest.
  17. don’t get disturbed for the less marks below your expectation.  Confirm yourself whether the answers are correct or not.  And take suggestions of the tutor.  Get done the revaluation of the answer sheet.
  18. do not stop games which is utmost like during examination time.  Should not stop letter correspondence to your friends and elders.  Do not stop any of your daily activities.  Do not study in all the 24 hours of the day.  So, you may continue your activities as usual and give utmost care for studies.  Mingle with others either with the family members or friends atleast fsor 30 minutes in a day, enjoy yourself. 
If you study by keeping in mind all the above points, 
definetly you will succeed with merit in your examination.

Method of using food:(Amrutha Ahara)

Method of using food:

1st day: 
Drop  2 spoons of honey and lemon juice of ½ piece lemon mixed with one glass of water and drink the same while in hungry with tee spoon slowly.
2nd day:
Drink fruit juice or juice prepared out of vegetables slowly with spoon. (mix required quantity of jiggery).
3rd day:
Eat fruits while hungry (if required mix honey and lemon juice to hot water)
4th day:
Cerials (mix little honey and lemon juice to hot water) and butter milk
5th day:
Green vegetables (mix little honey and lemon juice to hot water) and butter milk
6th day:
Mix pepper, ghee (prepare rice very smooth mix with pepper and ghee take little much as given to child)
In future days, khata and other oil food excepting four days,  continue 50% of food and remaining 50% of regular food.  In these 8 days, it is necessary to take yanima after finishing morning nature calls.

Daily routine

  1.  Start the day by drinking a glass of hot water in the morning    and while going to bed at night drink one glass of hot water, so  that digestion easier.
  2.  Every night dip 4 almonds in half glass of water and drink the  same in the morning which is helpful for strong growth of  bones and free from joint pains.
  3.  Before taking food drink a drop of water.  While taking food  either in the middle or upto one hour should not drink any  water or drinks.  Start drinking water after one hour until  next  time of food and better to gaggle.
  4.  It is very much necessary to keep a minimum time gap of 2½  hours between taking food and go to bed.
